Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market
Act, Citycon Oyj announces that it has received, in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, a
notification from AXA Investment Managers, in which AXA Group
announces the following:"As a result of the sale of shares on May 13th, 2008, the holdings of
AXA S.A. and its subsidiaries including asset management companies
managing assets on behalf of third parties have on an aggregated
basis crossed down 5% of the total number of shares in Citycon Oyj.
The holdings of AXA S.A. and its subsidiaries represented 4.99% of
the total number of shares in Citycon Oyj on May 13th, 2008.
Under chapter 2, section 9, of the Securities Markets Act, we herby
notify the Financial Supervision Authority and Citycon Oyj of the
following:
1. Name of the company in which holdings have been acquired:
Citycon Oyj, register number 0699505-3
2. Date of change in holdings: May 13th, 2008: 5% threshold
