Our daily operations include several ways of listening to our stakeholders: from receiving and responding to customer feedback to engaging with local residents in connection with (re)development projects and topical issues in the communities in which we operate.
We seek to engage both young and old in our work. It is of paramount importance that we continue to successfully convert our centres to urban platforms where comprehensive range of services meets community. We keep an open mind for services and experiments that address the needs for convenience and community engagement.
