About Citycon

We own 28 centres. Of our centres, 9 are located in Finland, 1 in Estonia, 10 in Norway, 6 in Sweden and 2 in Denmark.  We are committed to sustainable property management in the Nordic region with assets that total approximately EUR 4.0 billion.

Our operational model provides stability through efficient urban hubs and necessity-based centres. We aim for operation excellence through harmonised practices across the Nordics, centralised functions and control of operating expenses and capital expenditure.
