Developing a modern town centre by the ocean

Stenungstorg Centrum is a regional commercial centre on the oceanfront in the municipality of Stenungsund and part of the greater Gothenburg area. Stenungsund has a steady population and tourism growth.

Citycon plans to transform the area around Stenungstorg into a modern town centre with a mixture of housing, retail, service and a hotel. The development plans include new city blocks with apartments, rearranging the customer round for the centre where the retail will be concentrated to the core. This will contribute to a living city that adds value for the municipality, tenants, tourists and everybody living and working in the area.
