Notice of Citycon's financial results conference

Citycon Oyj will publish its financial results for the period 1 January - 31
December 2005 on Thursday, 9 February 2006 at 12.00 a.m.

A conference for the press and analysts will be held in Citycon's head office,
Pohjoisesplanadi 35 AB, third floor, Helsinki, on Thursday 9 February 2006
between 3.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m.

The conference material will be available on the company's website at
www.citycon.fi after the conference.
