A total of 25 000 000 new shares (CTY1SN0107) subscribed in the
share issue of Citycon Oyj will be traded as new shares on the Helsinki
Stock Exchange as of 14 February 2007.
The shares offered have not been registered in the book-entry
accounts of investors when trading commences. The offered shares
