Closing of the retail centre transactions in Gothenburg, Sweden
In December 2005 Citycon Oyj announced the signing of an agreement to acquire
four retail centres located in Backa, Hindås, Landvetter and Floda in the Greater
Gothenburg area, Sweden. The closing of such transaction took place today. The
transaction is in line with Citycon's growth strategy to expand its business in
Scandinavia and the Baltic countries. The transaction has been described in
greater detail in the company's stock exchange release issued on 16 December
2005.
