Citycon's property transaction in Liljeholmen, Stockholm finalised

On 22 August 2006, Citycon announced the signing of an agreement to acquire all
shares in Liljeholmsplan Fastighets AB, Liljeholmsplan Bostadsfastigheter AB and
Liljeholmstorget Development Services AB. These companies own a 20,000m² office
and commercial building and substantial amount of building right for a new
shopping centre in Liljeholmen, Stockholm. The closing of such transaction took
place today. The transaction has been described in greater detail in the
