Our plan is to develop offices and residentials as well as to increase services and retail units. In cooperation with Tallinn municipality we further develop the public transport hub and improve access for commuters. The development will be realized through detailed planning process with a time horizon of 5–7 years.
Kristiine is the fourth-largest shopping centre in Tallinn. For more than 20 years, the shopping centre has ensured a diverse selection of goods and services in Tallinn, bringing together both consumers’ preferred stores and entertainment services. Located on one of the main roads close to the city centre, Kristiine is in the heart of transport connections.
Kristiine was built in phases from 1999 to 2002, and an expansion of 12,000 square metres was completed in 2010. The shopping centre was refurbished in 2019.
